The project The project Women’s economic citizenship and equal parenthood, by sociologist and researcher Margunn Bjørnholt, analyses the possible consequences for women’s autonomy, quality of life and economic citizenship, of more equal parenting, in view of new theories of justice. A background for the project is that women's financial status has been weakened in Norway due to the development towards a more individual and egalitarian parenthood.
